Chairman Letters are written by the chairman to the mages. Who knows who the chairman really is though....
Letter 1[]

The Chairman greets each mage and tells them that they must have taken the Mage Classification Exam before coming here and have their Mage Item with them as well. Although no one can seem to remember their past before coming here, the Chairman assures all mages that their memories will eventually return and they should enjoy their stay in Fyr'stcercle for now.
Letter 2[]

The Chairman greets the mages again and tells the mages that the housing village preparations are ready and they can start moving into their assigned house.
Letter 3[]

The Chairman sends his or her greetings by telling mages that they have been granted special permission to go to Disphere, the moon for Ball of Fools. He details a list of things to bring and not to bring in an attachment.
Letter 4[]

The Chairman addresses the grim condition regarding Fyr'stcercle as well as finding a cure for 'rune' curse (although not without side effects). The Chairman warns the mages to work together and be careful.
Letter 5[]
- Main article: The fifth letter
The Chairman greets the mages once more by granting the mages special permission once more to attend Ball of Loons on Disphere. He or she also talks about a wide range of activity a mage may choose to participate for the duration of the trip.
